You will be the shining star as our SuperStars
(our lecturers and organizers) first meet when they arrive at
Östersund and our events. Imagine that you are the first, warm greeting and the safe haven in a sometimes hectic event world!
We want our SuperStars (Speakers) to focus solely on their event.

What does it mean to be a SuperNova?
Your role as a SuperNova is multifaceted and is about ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our SuperStars and thus for the entire event.

Here is a little insight into what your mission entails:

Welcome our SuperStars:
You meet and greet our lecturers, and are their
first point of contact on site.
Your key role:
You will be an available contact person throughout the event, ready to
answer questions and assist with practical details.
The premises are in top condition:
You help prepare and arrange the venue so that it is
perfect for the event, and makes sure it is restored when we are done.
Key responsibilities:
Collecting and returning keys, as well as managing locking, are part of your important duties.
