The lecture Journeys in Consciousness is your first step in a deeper insight into how our reality works. To explain the experience of your life, the strictly materialistic explanatory model has obvious shortcomings. Supernatural phenomena are called that precisely because the explanatory models are not enough. In this lecture we will describe how these experiences are actually completely logical. We will also touch on the tools and aids such as Point Consciousness and Additive Meditation that enable experiences you may not have thought were attainable. A large part of the focus of this lecture is on personal development, on a deeper level. Additive Meditation is a meditation technique that makes it possible to go extremely deep into consciousness. With a combination of millennial knowledge and modern technology, you can achieve mental states that clearly violate what we believe are limitations in reality. We explain why Point Consciousness is so important for achieving higher mental states. You will gain insight into where creativity, inspiration and increased mental abilities come from. You do not need any prior knowledge or experience, but you must come with a very open mind. The book Utanför Verkligheten is the basis for new ways of looking at reality by opening your mind to a whole new world and reality. You do not have to have any experience of consciousness journeys of your own, but come with an open mind and lots of questions. During the lecture we will do a couple of joint meditations with headphones, with equipment for each one, where you can try the vibrational states that are the basis for Additive meditation.
