Welcome to the mountains, the olive trees and the wind moving over the hills. To a place where time passes more slowly and the sky feels closer. Together we live under the same roof and open up for a warm time together. Everything you don't need to carry these days can rest outside the room where you put your bag.
No achievements are needed here. No one should be “good” or “done”. Here you can be curious, playful, still, wild, vulnerable – just as you are. Listen to the crickets. Breathe in… and feel how your body softens. Breathe out… and let your heart open.
THE PROGRAM IN BRIEF .
Day 1 – Arrival & landing
Theme: Coming home to yourself
You are born. You take your first breath. With the power of action. Creating is part of being.
- Check-in & walking tour among the olive trees
- Welcome circle with dinner
- Introduction to intuitive creation – a path back to the intelligence of the heart
- Shared breathing exercise: “With every breath you create your own life”

Day 2 – Nature as inspiration
Theme: I have a choice – I create
Things happen. But – I have a choice. I create everything in my life.
- Easy morning walk – collect impressions, colors and shapes
- Workshop: Free sketches and intuitive painting under the open sky
- Shared lunch with local ingredients
- Afternoon: “The Language of Color” – painting large and freely in nature
- Evening: Sharing circle with wine – “What happens when I let go of control?”

Day 3 – Deepening the process
Theme: The heart whispers – Listening within
Intuition whispers. The ego's voice screams. But sometimes it's enough to just... sleep on it.
- Morning walk in the mountains – “Listen to your heart”
- Workshop: Intuitive painting on larger formats, meet what wants to emerge
- Lunch: Andalusian flavors
- Afternoon: Time for your own projects or guided session
- Evening: Collective artwork under the stars – “We create together”

Day 4 – End & departure
Theme: Anything you wish can happen
Imagine that you already have what you long for. Breathe in through your heart and feel – as if your desires are already fulfilled.
- Morning walk and reflection
- Workshop: Create a small talisman or artistic keepsake to take home
- Closing lunch & circle –
We have four days together. Four days to wander, create, share, rest. Four days for you to come home to yourself.

Workshops range from the beautiful environments of Östersund to sunny Spain, giving participants unique experiences in the creative field.
